Mid-Semester Check-In Survey

This Mid-Semester Check-In provides feedback for the instructor for considerations for the rest of the semester. Your opinions and experience are important and your ideas can help the instructor focus on the things that are working well and items that they may be able to adjust. Keep in mind that not everything is possible to be changed and is at the instructors discretion, however, this is a great tool for tips and tricks to help everyone the second half of the semester. 

Please note that your submissions will not be seen by other students but the instructor will be able to see your responses. This check-in does not impact your grade in any way. This is a helpful tool to faculty.
